Our Story
Kite Travel Representation was born in 2020. After being made redundant during the Covid-19 pandemic, founder Kay Williams decided it was time to take on the exciting challenge of setting up on her own. In 2025 Jude Berry joined to work alongside Kay. Together they offer the ultimate in bespoke sales and marketing for carefully selected DMC partners across the world.

The Team
Kay Williams, Founder
Kay has over 15 Years of experience in travel, with a wealth of expertise not just in sales, but also in worldwide product and contract management.
From 2015 to 2020, she worked for a Southeast Asian DMC as their Sales Development Manager for the UK & Ireland, being the main contact between the client and DMC, seeking new business, training both internally and tour operators/agency networks, attending trade shows and being the face of the company.
Kay has great worldwide knowledge and expertise in the complete process of hiring a DMC and what is required.
Since the conception of Kite Travel Representation Kay has worked with DMCs from Southeast Asia, the Indian sub-continent, the Middle East, Southern Africa and more recently Europe, significantly expanding their business in the UK and Irish markets.

After 20 years in the travel industry, Jude Berry joined Kite Travel Representation in April 2025.
Prior to the pandemic Jude managed Americas, a leading representation company working with DMCs throughout Latin America for four years, and is very happy to be working in business development again!
Jude's previous roles also include Worldwide Walking and Trekking Product Manager at adventure company Explore Worldwide, Worldwide Product Manager at solo group specialist One Traveller, Sales & Marketing Executive for bespoke holiday company Sunvil Latin America and Türkiye and Greece consultant at villa and boutique hotel specialist Cachet Travel.
Along the way she has also worked for leisure, ski and diving companies, enjoyed extended stays in France, Greece, Türkiye and Australia, and travelled to more than fifty countries.
Jude has a wide experience of the UK travel trade, contracting and managing product, and of promoting DMCs to UK tour operators.
